Duplicating its brother IPFX-D80V-IRW2’s camera’s extraordinary video & AI detection skill set, this Factory Black edition includes the latest versions of camera features like a remote auto focus power zoom 2.7 - 12mm varifocal lens with a 110°– 45° wide field of view that projects a bright & sharp view onto the camera’s massive 2.5” 4K StarVis chipset with color performance down to .004 lux before switching to well-defined grayscale down to .0004 lux, supplemented in complete darkness with 130+ feet of auto-activated Smart IRs. 

THE SONY StarVis™ DIFFERENCE
This 4K camera’s massive 2.8” Sony StarVision (STARVIS) video sensor chip is packed with well over 8MP pixels - 8,294,400 actually. The StarVis chips are Sony’s latest generation of low-light chips that place the sensor surface closer to the projected lens image to funnel in more photons for increased sensitivity. And the pixels themselves can pick up a wider range of both visible, near-infrared and deep IR wavelengths. This means more total photons are detected over a wider spectrum than most sensors, making every frame more sharply defined in both color down to 0.004 lux and in grayscale when using the camera’s SmartIR in 0 lux complete darkness. 

IN-CAMERA AI ANALYSIS & REPORTING
The IPFX-D80V-IRB2 also shares the D80V series’ AI-powered human detection and business intelligence functions. For food & beverage, retail & entertainment businesses, the camera’s ability to detect & analyze then directly report people counting or record an individual’s appearance details & face attributes alone are gold, providing complete forensic evidence recording & post-incident review capabilities. 

EXTERNAL AUDIO & ALARM I/O 
The camera’s audio I/O ports can be set to encode eternal audio inputs in the camera’s IP output stream for recording. The IPFX-D80V has an alarm I/O port for alarm system integration. Digital watermarked detection alerts and video triggering can be set up in the camera’s onscreen IVS perimeter & "tripwire" control rules. When events happen you will have both the alarm event or immediate alerts and 4K court-admissible forensic video of any incident.

COMMERCIAL-GRADE COMPATIBILITY
To speed installation, IPFX-D80V-IRB2 is also ePoE compatible at 100Mbps @ 980+ ft. via Cat 5 or coax - and supports PoE power. ePoE both simplifies construction and wiring and improves reliability. When possible IPFX-D80V utilizes IC Realtime's H.265+ compression with an intelligent noise reduction system fills in missing pixels for clearer video, less network loading, and reduced video storage requirements. UL listed, TAA Certified and ONVIF, P2P, and CGI compatible, this state-of-the-art 4K camera has multiple layers of authorization & password protection for security on both the device & network levels. Network traffic is always encrypted in both directions, and our IP security devices meet or exceed cybersecurity standards and are updated regularly.
